Includes everything you to sucessfully make your own Chorizo.....with our specially prepared Salami/Chorizo Curing Salts, Chorizo Seasoning, & Bessastart Culture Kit (all in convenient pre-weighed packs) which really kick-starts the process of fermentation & maturation. These non-edible Hukki Casings are ideal for Salami and other dried sausages. The 65/50 are 65mm wide and 50cm in length. They are made from hardened Collagen/ Beef Protein. They have a diamond shaped netting imprinted and look superb when filled. Clipped and tied and linked at one end with white string, ready for filling.
