Hospitality Quality was established in 2010 by Rita and Anthony Mulhall marketing original, unique high quality gift items which we design and assemble in house in our home town of Durham city in the UK. 

Specialising in creating gift items for current and ex members of the armed forces, which include the royal navy, corps and regiments of the British Army and the Royal Air Force. We also market a niche range of home and commercial kitchen utensils, ranging from seafood tools through to snail plate sets and our very popular home sausage making kits.

As an internet based business we always post within 24 hours of receiving your order (free in the UK) and in the unlikely event that the customer is not happy we accept returns or replacements up to 28 days from date of delivery.
